Fraikin Group

The Fraikin Group was established in France in 1944 by Gérard Fraikin. Today the Group collectively manages in excess of 64,000 vehicles, making it the largest commercial vehicle fleet services specialist in Europe.

It operates 230 integrated service facilities across Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland, Poland and the UK, employing over 3,000 staff. The sheer size of the company means customers share the benefit of the Group’s significant purchasing strength, with the Fraikin Group regularly quoted as being the single largest customer of two of Europe’s leading truck manufacturers.

As a strong and dynamic company, Fraikin Group is owned by CVC Capital Partners, which provides the resources to pursue strong growth. This is illustrated through the company’s ability to acquire the Commercial Fleet Division of Lex Transfleet in the UK in 2005 and through the opening of foreign subsidiaries in Eastern Europe during 2007 and 2008.

The Fraikin Group is headquartered in the famous Paris financial district of La Défence.
