Information portal

As members of the British Vehicle Rental & Leasing Association (BVRLA), our customers can benefit from access to an extensive online information portal.

Hosted by the BVRLA, the portal provides a wealth of useful industry information which can be accessed by typing relevant words into the search area provided on the portal homepage. You will then be given a list of documents in order of relevance.
 

The following items are just a handful of the types of documents available:

Customer Information Sheet: An information fact sheet about a certain topic written specifically for customers.

Consultation Response: BVRLA responses made on behalf of the industry in response to various government consultations.

BVRLA News: An eight page monthly publication sent to BVRLA Members about industry issues.

Publications: Topical document that will assist customers in managing and operating their fleet.

The Lloyd’s Register of Quality Assurance have approved Fraikin to the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System Standards.

The approval is applicable to the provision of a range of services in relation to the supply and management of commercial vehicles, specialist vehicles and vans. The products included are contract hire, fleet management, vehicle rental, repair and maintenance, used vehicles sales and associated services.
